PPC marketing services: what running your paid search involves
No two accounts start in the same place, so the written price names which of these it covers and what happens in the first month.
Audit or fresh build
If you already advertise, the search terms, settings and wasted spend in the account are gone through first. If you are starting out, the account, campaigns and tracking are built from nothing.
Conversion tracking
Calls, form fills and sales recorded properly in Google Ads and Analytics, so bids chase the enquiries that matter to you rather than cheap clicks that never buy.
Keywords and negatives
The searches your ads appeared for are read every week, and the ones costing money for nothing are excluded before they drain the budget a second time.
Ads and assets
Adverts written around what your buyers type, tested against each other, with sitelinks, call and location assets filled in so each ad earns more room on the page.
Bids and pacing
A bid strategy picked for your goal, whether calls, leads or sales, and daily spend watched so the month's budget has not run out by the third week.
A monthly report and call
Spend, cost per enquiry and what changed, set out in plain English each month, with the plan for the month ahead and time to talk it through.
Three steps
| 01 | Describe the business, the customers you want more of, and the monthly ad budget you have in mind. |
|---|---|
| 02 | We go through your account, or your market if you are new to ads, and reply with one monthly figure, itemised line by line. |
| 03 | You choose. No advert goes live and nothing is invoiced until you agree. |
The team that runs this site also does the work it quotes for. It carries no advertising, no sponsored placement and no affiliate links, and no provider in the table has paid to be there or can pay to be removed. Every figure is read from the named provider's own public page on the date shown and is what that provider advertises, not a quote for your job. Prices move; check the source before you rely on a row.

How these figures were read, and how to cite them
Every row is a verbatim sentence read from the named source's own page through our fetch service on the date shown, hash-pinned to the stored read (the sha of the page's visible text; the raw page is mirrored to R2). 14 of the 51 named sources that could be read published a usable figure; 37 published none and are recorded as not published, never filled in; 6 could not be read (blocked, dead or unreachable) and count nowhere. The headline figures (median, minimum, maximum, quartiles) are over ONE figure per source in GBP (a source's median where its page yielded several accepted sentences), so N counts sources, never sentences; 400 candidate sentence(s) were refused by a reviewer with the reason recorded. Derivation as chartered: the median, minimum and maximum advertised monthly management fee across every UK PPC company that publishes one on its own site, beside the share that publish a flat fee, the share that publish a percentage of ad spend (and the percentage band), the share that publish an hourly rate, and the share that publish nothing and quote only; the entry price (the lowest published tier) per agency and the minimum ad spend each tier is sold against; repriced-since the previous read. One page per agency, so an agency with a pricing page and a cost guide is counted once. Nobody publishes this: every page in the sources below states its own fee or a market range, and no one measures the spread across the agencies' own pages.

Common questions
How much does a PPC marketing company cost in the UK?
Of the 51 UK PPC firms we read, 14 publish a monthly management fee on their own site. The median of those fees is £725 a month, and the central half of them run from £198 to £1,500. That fee comes on top of what you pay Google for the clicks. Ours is set once we have seen your account, and you have it in writing before anything starts. (UK PPC Management Price Index: every row, with its source)
What do you need from me to put a price together?
The address of your website, what you want visitors to do there (call, book or buy), a rough monthly ad budget, and read-only access to your Google Ads account if you already have one. The form walks through each of these.
Does my enquiry go to anyone else?
No. What you send is read by the team that operates this website, which would also manage your campaigns. No other agency sees it, and it is never sold on as a lead.
How soon will the ads bring in enquiries?
Ads can start showing on the day the account goes live, but the early weeks are spent finding out which searches actually convert. Costs usually take a couple of months of data to settle, so the proposal says what to judge after the first month and after the third.
How is this different from a PPC marketing agency that takes a share of spend?
Some agencies charge a percentage of what you spend with Google, so the fee rises every time the budget does. Ours is a flat monthly fee, agreed in writing once we have seen your account, and your ad spend goes to Google on your own card.
How is the monthly fee worked out?
By how many campaigns and products the account carries, how often it needs attention and whether tracking has to be built first. It is a flat fee rather than a share of your ad spend, so raising your budget does not raise the fee on its own.
